What happens once I’ve deposit my sample?

Once you’ve deposited your sample it is taken to our laboratory where it will be tested. You’ll be notified of your results through your preferred contact method. In the event of a positive test you’ll also be offered a free telephone GP consultation where one of our doctors will be able to answer any questions you may have about the condition. We can also offer a prescription service, allowing you to get treatment following a positive test.
