Located close to the M5, the clinic is easy to access by road and there is ample roadside parking nearby. Alternatively, the clinic is accessible by bus on routes 21 and 21A.

Your Sexual Health has a private STD clinic in Somerset, Pawlett, offering a range of discreet and confidential sexual health tests, including Peace of Mind Tests, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, and HIV.

Our service is simple and straightforward. Book your test online and choose an appointment time that suits you. We’ll then be in touch to confirm your appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, simply arrive to deposit your sample and we’ll take care of the rest.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I’VE DEPOSITED MY SAMPLE?

Once you’ve deposited your sample it will be sent to our laboratory for testing. You’ll be notified of your results using your preferred contact method – email or phone.

In the unfortunate event that your results come back positive, these can be discussed and actioned by your own GP. We can also recommend an independent private GP service if you prefer who can discuss your circumstances and manage further as required. This service will be free of charge to you. We’re the only online private STD testing provider to offer this level of service.

Your diagnosis may be relevant to future health assessments, in which case we may offer to pass on the information to help you seek medical treatment. This is addressed on a case-to-case basis and can be rejected at your request.

No, a standard blood test offered by the NHS doesn’t test for STDs. Different viruses are tested for in different ways and by using different methods. You often won’t be tested for something unless it is seen as a medical priority to do so.

Your results will only appear on your medical records in positive cases which are at your request. Your results are completely confidential. Your test will come from you and go to our laboratory. From there, the results will appear in your portal on our website.  Positive tests can be actioned by your own GP.  We can also recommend an independent private GP service should you require it.
