Once you’ve deposited your sample it will be taken to our laboratory for testing. Our laboratories offer highly accurate results to highest standards available. They are sent to the laboratory via a courier service or first class post and will usually arrive the following day.

In the event that your results return positive you will be offered a free telephone consultation with a GP from our partner medical organisation. They will be able to offer you any advice that you may find helpful and answer any questions you may have about the condition. They can also prescribe medication should it be required.
