Once you visit our private STD clinic in Liverpool your sample will be sent to our laboratory for testing. We’ll post the sample first class or it will be collected by a courier. It will usually then be received by the laboratory the following working day if your appointment is before 4pm. As soon as it’s received by the laboratory we’ll begin testing against the conditions that you purchased.

Once we receive your results we’ll let you know using your preferred contact method of telephone or email. If your results are positive you’ll be offered a GP consultation which will give you the opportunity to discuss your results with a GP from our partner medical organisation before they prescribe you with the required medication.
