Once you’ve deposited your sample it will be sent to our laboratory for testing. Once we know your results we’ll contact you using your preferred method, which is either telephone or email. If your results return positive you’ll be offered a telephone consultation with a GP from our partner medical organisation. They can also handle onward referral and prescriptions so that you get the treatment that you require.
