What happens after my sample?

Once you’ve deposited your sample it will be taken to our lab for testing. When we have your results you will be notified either via telephone or email. If your result returns positive you will be offered a free telephone consultation with our specialist GP who will be able to answer any questions that you may have. If your condition requires any treatment we also offer a prescription service and can handle onward referral should it be required.
